This Privacy Policy explains how Gather House Ventures, LLC, doing business as TG Lifestyle Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. It applies to tglifestylecollective.com, our editorial publications, our membership program, our events and experiences, and every communication we send by email or text message.
This Policy works alongside our Terms and Conditions of Participation. Where an event is concerned, Section 5 of those Terms and this Policy describe the same practices; this Policy governs where the two differ.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Give Us
- Identity and contact information — name, email address, telephone number, mailing and billing address.
- Transaction information — ticket type and quantity, order history, amount paid, payment method type, and auction bid and purchase records. We do not store full payment card numbers; card payments are processed by our payment providers.

- Survey and feedback responses — including responses to the post-event survey we send after you attend.
- Correspondence — emails, messages, and inquiries you send us.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring site, and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.
- Email engagement — whether you open our emails and which links you select. We use this to understand which topics interest you and to send more relevant content.

2.3 Information From Other Sources
- Ticketing platforms — order and contact information passed to us when you purchase a ticket.
- Advertising platforms — aggregated campaign and audience information, and lead information where you submit a form through an advertisement.
- Public sources — publicly available social media handles and profile information, where you provide them or engage with us publicly.
2.4 Photography and Likeness
We photograph and film our experiences. Images and recordings in which you appear are governed by Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions of Participation, including the opt-out procedure described there. At all-ages events, a parent or legal guardian grants those rights on a minor’s behalf, and we do not publish a minor’s full name.
3. HOW AND WHY WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use personal information to:
- Process and confirm ticket purchases, membership enrollments, vendor registrations, and partnership agreements
- Send transactional communications including confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and event logistics
- Operate our membership program, including early access windows and member benefits
- Send marketing communications about upcoming experiences, membership, and editorial content, where you have consented
- Personalize what we send you, based on the markets, properties, and topics you engage with
- Create audience segments for our own marketing, including advertising audiences as described in Section 4
- Produce and distribute our editorial publications
- Understand attendance, engagement, and event performance, and improve future experiences
- Report aggregate attendance and results to partners, sponsors, and beneficiary organizations
- Fulfill auction items and coordinate delivery
- Maintain the security of our systems and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
3.1 Legal Bases (Where Required)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or similar law applies to you, we rely on: performance of a contract, for ticketing, membership, and event delivery; your consent, for marketing email and text messages and for non-essential cookies; our legitimate interests, for improving our experiences, securing our systems, and understanding engagement; and compliance with a legal obligation, for tax and accounting records.
4. COOKIES, PIXELS AND ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGIES
4.1 What We Use
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on our website and in our emails. These fall into four categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function, including checkout and security. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — help us understand how people find and use our site.
- Functional — remember your preferences and improve your experience.
- Advertising — allow us to measure advertising performance and show relevant advertising to people likely to be interested in our experiences.
4.2 Advertising Pixels
We use advertising pixels, including the Meta pixel, on our website. These place cookies and send information about your interaction with our site — such as pages viewed and actions taken — to the advertising platform. That platform may use this information to measure our advertising, to show you our advertising on its services, and to build audiences of people with similar characteristics.
You can manage advertising preferences directly with those platforms, and you can limit tracking through your browser settings or our cookie preference tool where available.
4.3 Your Choices
Where required by law, we obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you may withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie preference tool on our website. We honor Global Privacy Control and similar browser-based opt-out signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and any sharing of personal information for that purpose.
5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR MONEY. WE DO SHARE INFORMATION WITH ADVERTISING PLATFORMS FOR TARGETED ADVERTISING, WHICH SOME STATE LAWS TREAT AS A “SALE” OR “SHARE.” YOU MAY OPT OUT AS DESCRIBED IN SECTIONS 4.3 AND 9.
We share information with providers who perform services on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes:
| CATEGORY | PURPOSE |
|---|---|
| Ticketing platforms | Selling and issuing tickets, check-in, and order records |
| Customer relationship and email | Maintaining our contact database, sending email and text messages, and running automated communications |
| Payment processors | Processing payments for tickets, membership, and vendor fees |
| Advertising platforms | Delivering and measuring advertising, and building audiences |
| Analytics providers | Understanding website traffic and engagement |
| Marketing agencies | Producing and scheduling content and managing advertising under our direction |
| Venues and hospitality partners | Guest counts, dietary and accessibility needs, and room block arrangements where you request them |
5.2 Beneficiary Organizations
Where an event supports a nonprofit beneficiary, we share aggregate attendance and contribution information for impact reporting. We share your individual contact information with a beneficiary only where you have donated directly to that organization or asked us to.
5.3 Partners and Sponsors
We provide partners and sponsors with aggregate attendance and audience information. We do not give a partner or sponsor your contact details unless you provide them directly, for example by entering a giveaway or submitting a form at their activation — and we will tell you at the time when that is the case.
5.4 Legal and Business Transfers
We may disclose information where required by law or legal process, to protect the rights and safety of our guests, personnel, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any material change to how your information is handled.
6. EMAIL MARKETING
We send marketing email to people who purchase tickets, join our list, become members, or otherwise ask to hear from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also write to team@tglifestylecollective.com with the subject line UNSUBSCRIBE.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages necessary to fulfill a purchase, membership, or event participation — confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and receipts.
7. TEXT MESSAGES
WE SEND MARKETING TEXT MESSAGES ONLY TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE SEPARATELY AND EXPRESSLY AGREED TO RECEIVE THEM. AGREEING TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES IS NEVER A CONDITION OF PURCHASING A TICKET OR JOINING OUR MEMBERSHIP.
7.1 Consent
Where we collect a mobile number for marketing text messages, we obtain your express written consent through a separate, unchecked box at the point of collection. That box is never pre-selected and never bundled with agreement to our Terms or this Policy.
7.2 What You Can Expect
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We use text messages for event reminders, on-sale notifications, member early access windows, and post-event surveys.
7.3 Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of marketing text messages at any time, or HELP for assistance. We honor opt-out requests promptly. You may also write to team@tglifestylecollective.com.
7.4 Transactional Messages
We may send text messages necessary to fulfill a transaction — such as an event-day logistics update to a ticket holder — where you have provided your mobile number for that purpose.
8. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
| INFORMATION | RETENTION PERIOD |
|---|---|
| Order and transaction records | Seven (7) years from the date of the event, for business, legal, and tax compliance |
| Membership records | Duration of membership plus seven (7) years |
| Marketing contact records | Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete, and then only a suppression record sufficient to honor your request |
| Survey responses | Three (3) years, after which they are retained only in aggregate form |
| Photography and film | Retained as brand archive, subject to the opt-out in our Terms |
| Website analytics | Twenty-six (26) months |
We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
9.1 Rights Available to Everyone
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and provide a copy
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law
- Stop sending you marketing email or text messages
- Stop using your information for targeted advertising
9.2 How to Exercise Your Rights
Write to team@tglifestylecollective.com with the subject line PRIVACY REQUEST, or call 301.728.6411. We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) days, extending once by a further forty-five (45) days where necessary and telling you if we do. We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming information we already hold. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. You will not receive different pricing, different service, or reduced access to our experiences.
9.3 Residents of California
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it; to delete personal information; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under sixteen (16). To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, use the cookie preference tool on our website, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or contact us.
9.4 Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, and Other States With Comprehensive Privacy Laws
You have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information and to access it; to correct inaccuracies; to delete it; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Where we deny a request, you may appeal by writing to team@tglifestylecollective.com with the subject line PRIVACY APPEAL. We will respond to an appeal within forty-five (45) days and, if we deny it, tell you how to contact your state Attorney General.
9.5 Residents of Nevada
Nevada residents may direct us not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law, but you may submit a request to team@tglifestylecollective.com.
9.6 Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom
You additionally have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where we transfer personal information outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.
10. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls limiting staff and contractor access to what each role requires, encryption in transit, contractual security obligations on our service providers, and prompt revocation of access when a person or vendor relationship ends.
No system is entirely secure. Where a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and any regulator as required by applicable law and without unreasonable delay.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our website, membership program, and marketing communications are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). Where an experience is designated all ages, tickets, payment, and contact information are collected from the accompanying adult, not from the minor.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact team@tglifestylecollective.com and we will delete it.
12. OTHER MATTERS
12.1 Third-Party Links
Our website and communications link to venues, hotels, artists, partners, and ticketing platforms. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
12.2 International Visitors
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed there. If you visit our site or attend an experience from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
12.3 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where changes are material, notify you by email or a notice on our website before they take effect.
