Master Terms — applicable to all TG Lifestyle Collective experiences
Gather House Ventures, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company,
doing business as TG Lifestyle Collective
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all participation in any experience produced by TG Lifestyle Collective (each, an "Event"), including but not limited to ticket purchasers, guests, members, vendors, sponsors and partners, volunteers, artists, performers, chefs, contractors, and any other individual or entity engaged with the Event in any capacity. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between each participant and Gather House Ventures, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, doing business as TG Lifestyle Collective ("Organizer," "we," "us," or "our").
Event-specific details — including date, venue, hours, age policy, beneficiaries, and any applicable vendor or auction terms — are set out in Schedule A, which forms part of these Terms. Where Schedule A and these Terms conflict, Schedule A controls for that Event only.
Version 1.0 · Effective upon ticket purchase, registration, or any participation in an Event.

Event name, date, hours, venue, and beneficiaries are stated in Schedule A.
2.1 Age Requirement. The age policy for each Event is stated in Schedule A. Where an Event is designated 21+ or 18+, valid government-issued photo identification is required for admission, and the Organizer may refuse admission to any individual unable to present it. No refund will be issued for denial of entry based on age verification. Where an Event is designated All Ages, minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
2.2 Ticket Purchase. Tickets are sold through the third-party platform stated in Schedule A. By completing a purchase you also agree to that platform's terms of service. The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors, payment processing failures, or other issues arising from the third-party platform.
2.3 Refunds and Transfers. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. The Organizer does not offer refunds for any reason, including personal illness, scheduling conflict, weather, travel disruption, or dissatisfaction with the Event. Tickets may be transferred to another eligible individual with at least forty-eight (48) hours' advance written notice to team@tglifestylecollective.com. The Organizer may decline any transfer request.
2.4 Resale. Tickets may not be resold above face value, offered through any unauthorized resale channel, or used for any commercial purpose including promotions, sweepstakes, or bundled offers, without the Organizer's prior written consent. Tickets obtained in violation of this provision may be voided without refund.
2.5 Duplicate and Fraudulent Tickets. Where duplicate or fraudulent tickets are presented, the first person to present the ticket at check-in will be admitted. The Organizer assumes no liability for tickets obtained through unauthorized channels.
2.6 Right to Refuse Admission. Possession of a valid ticket does not guarantee admission. The Organizer may refuse or revoke admission at its sole discretion for any lawful reason, including disruptive behavior, intoxication upon arrival, or conduct deemed unsafe or inconsistent with the standards of the Event.
2.7 Capacity. Admission is subject to venue capacity. Where an Event reaches capacity, entry may be paused or managed at the Organizer's discretion. Re-entry is permitted only where stated at the Event.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS.
3.1 Voluntary Participation. Your attendance is entirely voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that participation in public gatherings carries inherent risk.
3.2 Assumption of Risk. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending, including but not limited to: personal injury, accident, illness, or death; injury arising from crowd movement, dancing, or activity within the venue; allergic reaction or adverse response to food, beverage, or environmental conditions; theft, loss, or damage to personal property; exposure to communicable disease; injury resulting from the acts of other attendees, vendors, or third parties; slip, trip, and fall hazards, including uneven ground at outdoor venues; technical failure of audio, lighting, or audiovisual equipment; and cancellation or modification of programming.
3.3 Release of Claims. In consideration of being permitted to attend, you RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Gather House Ventures, LLC, TG Lifestyle Collective, any beneficiary organization named in Schedule A, the venue and its ownership and management, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, costs, or liability of any kind arising out of or related to your attendance at or participation in the Event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability that may not be limited or excluded under applicable law.
BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY CAPACITY, YOU GRANT THE ORGANIZER A BROAD RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS, VOICE, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR PROMOTIONAL AND COMMERCIAL PURPOSES AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
4.1 Grant of Rights. By participating in any capacity — including as an attendee, member, vendor, sponsor, partner, volunteer, artist, performer, chef, or contractor — you irrevocably grant the Organizer, and any beneficiary organization named in Schedule A, together with their respective successors, licensees, and assigns, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your name, photographic likeness, image and appearance, voice and audio recordings, video footage, biographical information, testimonials and quotes, and publicly available social media handles.
4.2 Permitted Uses. The rights granted above may be exercised for any lawful purpose, including social media content; Event recaps and highlight films; website and digital marketing; email campaigns and editorial publications; print materials; partnership and sponsorship materials; nonprofit fundraising materials and grant applications for any beneficiary named in Schedule A; promotion of future TG Lifestyle Collective experiences; press releases; paid advertising; and third-party editorial placements.
4.3 No Compensation. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to compensation, royalty, or fee for such use, and you waive any right to review or approve any particular use in advance.
4.4 Testimonials and Quotes. Statements, reviews, or testimonials you voluntarily share about an Event — verbally, in writing, or via social media — may be attributed to you by name, handle, title, or company and used in the Organizer's materials without further permission or compensation.
4.7 Opt-Out. If you do not consent to the use of your name and likeness, you must notify Event staff in writing at check-in on the Event date. The Organizer will make commercially reasonable efforts to exclude your image from materials produced after receiving that notice. Complete exclusion from materials already published or distributed cannot be guaranteed. Opting out does not entitle you to a refund.
BY COMPLETING ANY TRANSACTION OR REGISTRATION, YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL AND ORDER DATA AS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION.
5.1 Data Collected. By purchasing a ticket, registering as a vendor, submitting a sponsorship or partnership application, bidding in an auction, joining the Organizer's mailing list or membership program, or completing any form or transaction, you consent to collection of: full name; email address and telephone number; mailing and billing address; company name, title, and professional information (for vendors, sponsors, and partners); payment method type (full payment card numbers are not stored); order history; auction bid history; vendor application responses; membership tier and history; event check-in and attendance records; survey responses; social media handles voluntarily provided; correspondence with the Organizer; and device and browser information.
5.2 Use of Data. The Organizer uses this data to process and confirm transactions; send Event communications; personalize your experience; build and maintain its CRM and marketing audiences; send communications about future experiences, membership, and editorial content; recognize participation in Event programs; fulfill auction items; analyze attendance and performance; report to beneficiary organizations named in Schedule A; and comply with legal obligations.
5.3 Order and Participation Data. You grant the Organizer the right to retain, analyze, and use your order and participation data to recognize returning guests; create segmented marketing audiences; report aggregate attendance and revenue; improve future experiences; personalize invitations and offers; and verify participation history. Order data is retained for seven (7) years from the date of the Event.
5.4 Sharing. The Organizer does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent commercial use. Data may be shared with service providers solely to facilitate your participation; with beneficiary organizations for reporting; and with law enforcement where required by law. Service providers are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to the Organizer.
5.5 Marketing Communications. By completing any transaction or registration, you consent to receive marketing communications from TG Lifestyle Collective. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by writing to team@tglifestylecollective.com with the subject line UNSUBSCRIBE.
5.6 Data Security. The Organizer maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be entirely secure, and you accept the inherent risk of providing personal data electronically.
5.7 Minors' Privacy. The Organizer does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of thirteen (13). At an All Ages Event, registration and payment information is collected only from the accompanying adult. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact team@tglifestylecollective.com.
6.1 Event Documentation. Each Event is documented through photography, videography, and recording for promotional, editorial, archival, and social media purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such documentation.
6.2 Media Release. In addition to the rights granted in Section 4, you irrevocably grant the Released Parties a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any photography, video, audio, or other media in which you appear for any lawful purpose.
6.3 Guest Photography. Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted. Recording, live streaming, or broadcasting Event content for commercial purposes requires the Organizer's prior written consent. Artist performances are protected intellectual property and may not be recorded for commercial distribution without express written permission. The Organizer may restrict photography during designated listening or performance segments.
This Section applies where Schedule A states that alcohol is served.
7.1 Licensed Service. Alcohol is served in accordance with applicable state and local law and subject to venue and licensing authority policy.
7.2 Complimentary Service. Where a complimentary drink service window is stated in Schedule A, that service concludes at the stated time without exception.
7.3 Right to Refuse Service. Staff may refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or cannot verify age. The Organizer assumes no liability arising from refusal of service.
7.4 Attendee Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your own consumption and for arranging safe transportation. The Organizer assumes no liability for injury, accident, or property damage arising from intoxication or impaired driving following an Event.
7.5 Prohibited Conduct. Bringing outside alcoholic beverages onto the premises, providing alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age, and disruptive behavior resulting from intoxication are prohibited and may result in removal without refund.
8.1 Allergen Notice. Menus may include shellfish, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, and alcohol-based preparations. Cross-contamination is possible in shared kitchen and service environments.
8.2 Guest Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to inquire about ingredients and allergens before consuming any food or beverage. The Organizer, caterer, chefs, and venue assume no liability for allergic reaction or adverse response. Guests with severe allergies should notify the Organizer in advance and carry any required medication.
TG Lifestyle Collective experiences are built on hospitality, curiosity, and mutual respect. Every guest is expected to protect the atmosphere of the room.
9.1 Prohibited Behavior. The following is prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund: harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior; physical altercation or assault; discriminatory or otherwise offensive language or conduct; sexual harassment or unwanted physical contact; vandalism or damage to venue property; theft; possession or use of illegal substances; possession of weapons of any kind; non-compliance with Event staff instruction; and violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law.
9.2 Removal. The Organizer, Event staff, and venue management may remove any individual at any time. Removed individuals forfeit all fees paid. The Organizer may involve law enforcement as necessary and may decline future admission.
This Section applies where Schedule A states that vendor participation is offered.
10.1 Application and Selection. Vendor participation is by application and approval only. The Organizer may accept or decline any application in its sole discretion.
10.2 Vendor Fee. The vendor fee stated in Schedule A is non-refundable upon confirmation, regardless of the vendor's ability to attend or any circumstance outside the Organizer's control.
10.3 Vendor Responsibilities. Equipment provided by the Organizer is stated in Schedule A. Vendors supply their own linens, and tables must remain fully covered throughout the Event. Vendors must comply with all applicable law, including business licenses, permits, food handler certification, and sales tax obligations. Vendors selling consumable products assume full liability for the safety, labeling, and quality of those products. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, insurance, and load-out within the times stated in Schedule A.
10.4 Indemnification. Each vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim arising out of the vendor's products, services, conduct, or violation of law at the Event.
11.1 Payment. Contributions must be paid in full prior to the Event. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the position and its associated benefits.
11.2 Category Exclusivity. Category exclusivity, where offered, takes effect only upon receipt of full payment. The Organizer determines in its sole discretion whether two brands are competitive within the same category.
11.3 No Endorsement. Participation as a sponsor or partner does not constitute the Organizer's endorsement of that party's products or services. The Organizer may decline or remove any partner whose brand or conduct is inconsistent with the standards of the Event.
This Section applies where Schedule A designates an Event as outdoor.
Outdoor Events proceed in most weather conditions. Tickets are non-refundable for weather that does not result in full cancellation. You accept the additional risks of an outdoor setting, including uneven or unpaved ground, natural terrain, insects, sun and heat exposure, and variable weather. At agricultural or farm venues, additional risks include livestock and animals, farm equipment, and limited lighting after dark. Guests must remain within designated Event areas. The Organizer may suspend or conclude an Event early where weather or conditions present a safety risk. Section 16 governs any such interruption. Guests are responsible for appropriate footwear and attire for the stated setting.
This Section applies where Schedule A designates an Event as a destination or travel Event.
Unless expressly stated, ticket price does not include travel, transfers, accommodation, meals outside the Event, insurance, or incidental expenses. You are solely responsible for your own travel arrangements and for any passport, visa, vaccination, or entry requirement applicable to the destination. Accommodation booked through a partner hotel is subject to that hotel's own terms, rates, and cancellation policy. The Organizer is not a party to that booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The Organizer does not refund tickets for travel disruption, cancelled flights, or denied entry. Where an Event takes place outside the United States, local law governs conduct at the venue, and you are responsible for compliance.
Where the Organizer operates a membership program, the following applies in addition to the program's own terms. Membership is not required to attend any Event. Members receive an early access window before public on-sale as described in the program terms. Early access does not guarantee availability, and Events may sell out within that window. Member benefits stated for an Event apply only to Events where the Organizer controls admission and hospitality, and may vary by venue or market. Membership fees are separate from ticket prices and are governed by the membership program terms, including its own renewal and cancellation provisions.
16.1 Force Majeure. The Organizer is not liable for failure to hold an Event as planned due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, government order, public health emergency, venue closure, utility or infrastructure failure, civil unrest, terrorism, or transportation disruption.
16.2 Cancellation. Where an Event is cancelled due to force majeure, the Organizer will make a good-faith effort to issue partial refunds after deducting non-recoverable costs already incurred, or may offer credit toward a future Event. No specific refund amount is guaranteed.
16.3 Modification. The Organizer may modify programming, artists, performers, chefs, menu, venue layout, timing, or format at any time. Featured artists and program elements are subject to change and are not guaranteed. No refund is issued for modifications that do not constitute full cancellation.
16.4 Postponement. Where an Event is postponed, tickets are honored for the rescheduled date. Where you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, the transfer provisions in Section 2.3 apply.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THE ORGANIZER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT FOR THEIR TICKET, VENDOR FEE, OR CONTRIBUTION.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of: (a) your attendance at or participation in an Event; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; (d) your negligence or willful misconduct; or (e) any injury or damage caused by you or your guests.
19.1 Organizer Property. All trademarks, logos, property names, brand assets, and creative materials associated with TG Lifestyle Collective and its experiences are the exclusive property of Gather House Ventures, LLC. No participant may use them without prior written consent.
19.2 Artist and Performer Property. All original works performed or created at an Event remain the intellectual property of the respective artist. No attendee, vendor, or partner may commercially exploit any artist's performance or original work without the express written permission of the artist and the Organizer.
The Released Parties assume no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property at an Event. Lost items are held by venue management for thirty (30) days.
21.1 Health. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in adequate health to attend. Individuals with pre-existing conditions should consult a physician before attending.
21.2 Medical Emergencies. Event staff will call emergency services in the event of a medical emergency. The Organizer is not a medical provider and assumes no liability for medical costs incurred.
21.3 Communicable Disease. By attending, you represent that you are not knowingly experiencing symptoms of a communicable illness and accept the inherent risk of exposure in a public gathering.
21.4 Accessibility. The Organizer is committed to an accessible experience. Guests with accessibility needs should contact team@tglifestylecollective.com in advance so arrangements can be made where the venue permits.
All participants must comply with the rules and policies of the venue stated in Schedule A. Damage to venue property is the sole financial responsibility of the individual or entity causing it.
The Organizer makes reasonable efforts to engage qualified third parties but does not warrant the conduct or quality of any third-party vendor, artist, chef, or service provider, and is not liable for the act or omission of any third party.
23.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law provisions, regardless of the market in which an Event is held.
23.2 Mediation. Any dispute shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation in Charlotte, North Carolina, before any party initiates litigation. Mediation costs are shared equally.
23.3 Jurisdiction and Venue. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
23.4 Class Action Waiver. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against the Released Parties.
23.5 Attorneys' Fees. The prevailing party in any dispute arising from these Terms is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
24.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with Schedule A and any written vendor, sponsorship, or partnership agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer regarding an Event.
24.2 Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
24.3 Amendment. The Organizer may amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or registration governs that transaction. Continued participation following an amendment constitutes acceptance.
24.4 Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Organizer's written consent. The Organizer may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate.
24.5 Electronic Acceptance. These Terms may be accepted electronically through ticket purchase, form submission, or any digital action evidencing agreement, and such acceptance is legally binding under applicable North Carolina law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
By purchasing a ticket, submitting a vendor application, entering into a sponsorship or partnership agreement, or otherwise participating in any TG Lifestyle Collective experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety — including the release of liability (Section 3), the name and likeness release (Section 4), and the data collection and use provisions (Section 5).
