Do I need a finished concept?
No. You can begin with a goal, an occasion, or a question about what might work. We help define the direction.
Can you work with our existing venue or planner?
Yes. We can scope a defined creative or production role alongside your team and existing partners.
Can you help invite and reach guests?
Invitation strategy, guest communications, promotional coordination, and partnership outreach can be included when agreed. The proposal specifies who is responsible for each activity. Attendance and sales are not guaranteed.
Do you offer recurring programs?
Yes. Recurring engagements can connect a series of gatherings through a shared purpose, audience, and calendar.
Where do you work?
Our initial service focus is the Washington, DC metropolitan area and Charlotte, NC, with select engagements elsewhere. Travel and location requirements are considered in the proposal.
What happens after I inquire?
We review the opportunity, discuss fit and feasibility, and prepare a tailored scope when appropriate. Detailed concept development begins within the agreed engagement.
